Notice of Photography & Videography/Crowd Release

Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (“BGL”) plans to take photographs, audio, and video during this event, and reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at the event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. BGL may use the photographs/video in BGL marketing communications materials, whether in print, electronic, or other forms of media, including on our websites.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

 A person attending this BGL event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact BGL at GrowthConference@bglco.com and include an identifying photograph for reference. BGL will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold the request in confidence.

By participating in a BGL event or by failing to notify BGL, in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by BGL, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify BGL from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
